Power light on, heat light not on?

The power light is on but the heat light does not come on for the following possible reasons:

 

a.our fryer will be automatically cut off power if temperature reaches 464℉ for overheat protection. If you find the fryer not working properly, maybe the safety overheat stat maybe activated. Please find the reset button and remove the black switch cover and press the reset button down and place the switch cover back on and secure by screwing clockwise.

When you put in the solid oil to heat up, to avoid the fryer not working due to the dry burn of the heating tube, you can put some liquid oil over the heater first, or melt the solid oil with low temperature first, then raise it to the cooking temperature.

b. Also the deep fryer has two plugs, it's suggested that plugged into two different circuits or it may not work properly.

c. If the fryer has a timer function, turn off the timer button and then turn the timer to 0.

If none of the above ways can make the fryer work properly, it is possible that there is a small issue with the internal parts of the fryer. You could dismantle the head and take photos or videos of the internal wiring to us. The maintenance personnel will provide you with appropriate solutions according to the situation.
