Why does the new griddle have some marks on the plate surface？

There are two possible reasons for marks on a new griddle:

If the grill's packaging is intact but there is an oily film on the surface. It means that this package has not been opened, the oil film is anti-rust oil, which is used to come to protect the surface of the grill from rust.

SOLUTION: Just clean the surface. And feel free to bother us with any questions. 

If the packaging of the grill is incomplete and there are obvious signs of use. It is possible that the logistic party sent the returned item to you by mistake.
